Rules & Regulations of play area

Children should be dressed in comfortable and cool clothing to ensure the best play experience

Parents are requested to ensure cleanliness and alert staff immediately of any spills or trash. Our staff works hard to keep the place clean of germs for children and parents

Please ensure that children who have recently been sick do not enter the play area until 2 days after the last sign of symptoms. With your help we can keep all children healthy

CHALK is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Any sharp objects like pens, buckles, jewellery, coins etc. should be removed before entering the play zones

CHALK cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur due to carelessness or negligence on the part of visitors

Maids are permitted inside the premises. But no male servants or drivers please

To minimize any risk of personal injury, children are encouraged to wear trousers or leggings

Parents and guardians must supervise their children at all times while in the CHALK premises. CHALK and its staff will not be held responsible for accidents and injuries owing to any negligence on part of the visitors. However, the CHALK staff will surely assist visitors during any unfortunate occurrence inside the premises. Please take care of all valuable items and personal belongings – money, gadgets and jewellery - and do not leave your bag unattended. CHALK will not be responsible for any theft or loss of personal items.
